Known as “The Chocolate Empress” of Exquisito Chocolates, she marbles Agrofloresta chocolate with matcha-infused white chocolate and sprinkles the bar with puffed quinoa for a satisfying crunch. To replicate this roasty, toasty confection, bright green matcha ice cream is studded with velvety chocolate ganache made from Exquisito chocolate, then finished with slivers of puffed quinoa chocolate bark to recreate the satisfying pop of Exquisito’s intriguing bar.
