Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

Summer’s here, which means an unending supply of fresh zucchini just begging to be made into bread. Of course, we pack ours with so much rich, delicious cocoa powder it’s basically cake. Decadent chunks of our chocolate loaf fold into a chocolate chip ice cream spiked with the same aromatic spices that make zucchini bread so craveable: cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. It’s fresh from the garden meets straight from the oven-best enjoyed in a hot-off-the-iron waffle cone.
