Who doesn’t crave a tropical getaway in January? We’re serving one up with every scoop of this new addition to our dairy-free menu. We tapped Gables Delight, one of the most decorated jam makers in the country, to bring her zippy pineapple coconut jam to our rum-spiked vanilla coconut cream for the perfect pina-colada-esque creation (tiny umbrella not included). Bits of fluffy-and gluten-free-vanilla cupcakes complete this iconic dessert. Trade those winter blues for a sun-soaked getaway-no PTO required.
